Animal Park of St. Croix
With more than 325,000 visitors a year, Sainte-Croix Animal Park has become in 38 years a reference in France and Europe for the presentation of European fauna and endangered global species. The Pays des Etangs is a cycling paradise as the landscapes are endearing, relaxing and the roads really nice to bike. From the small village of Rhodes at the edge of the pond Stock you will follow the gentle undulations of the landscape that will take you through the countryside and nature still very preserved from this corner of Moselle in the Regional Natural Park of Lorraine.

Domaine de Lindre
The Lindre Estate is a rich natural site. Its jewel, Lindre Pond, and its 11 satellite ponds are home to a diverse fauna and flora. Their biodiversity is extraordinary: 248 species of birds, 11 species of amphibians, several protected plants, 4 species of reptiles, countless species of insects, a multitude of pond fish and other abundant aquatic fauna.
Thanks to this biodiversity, the Domaine de Lindre and its rich neighbor, the Romersberg Forest, benefit from the RAMSAR international recognition label and are registered in a NATURA 2000 area. The Lindre Estate is also located in the East Zone of the Regional Natural Park. Lorraine in the heart of Pays des Etangs.
